Your AI project manager
Say it — by text, voice, or a phone call — and Steward does it. Creates the tasks, moves the dates, briefs the team, then follows up with the people who owe you answers. You run the work; nobody runs the tool.
Private beta. We’re seating people from the waitlist every week.
Push the launch to Friday, make the homepage copy critical, and ask Maria where the photography is.
Done. Launch is Friday the 17th — I moved the four dates that hang off it. Homepage copy is critical now. I’ll ask Maria about the photography and let you know the moment she answers.

3:12 PM — Maria replied. Photography lands Wednesday. Relayed to you; nothing blocks Friday.
Text Steward like a colleague, talk hands-free, or pick up when it calls. “Move the launch, add Jon to the team, push everything out a week” — plain language, every time.
Steward runs the board for you: tasks, dates, priorities, assignments, projects, people. Everything you could click, it does — so you almost never have to click.
The part no tool does: Steward chases the work. It checks on stale tasks, calls you when something needs a decision, and hounds — politely — the person you’ve been waiting on.
Full boards, lists, and calendars live underneath for whenever you want to look. The difference is you don’t have to live in them.
Every action — create, edit, delete, reassign, reschedule, archive, bulk-move — works by chat and by voice. The UI is the fallback, not the job.
Opt in and Steward rings you in-app for a hands-free check-in when something genuinely needs you. One call a day, your hours only.
“I’m waiting on Sarah for the contract” becomes Steward’s job: it contacts Sarah, retries with judgment, and relays her answer back to you.
Apple Calendar-style day list of everything due, on web and phone. No Gantt charts. On purpose.
Budgets, links, decisions, “spent 2.5 hours on that” — Steward pins the facts from your conversations to the right task or project.
Email, push, and in-app all carry the same brain. Reply to a check-in from your inbox and the board updates.
Why we built it
Project management tools turned managing the tool into the project. We think using the software is the pain — so we took it out of the loop.
Steward is the first PM that behaves like a person on your team: it listens, it acts, and it comes back to you with answers instead of notifications.
Switching
Export a CSV — or honestly, just screenshot your board — and Steward rebuilds your projects, tasks, dates, and assignees in about a minute. Your team gets invited by email and walked in.
